High Capacity Loadout Stations

One of six loading stations complete with silo withdrawal valves, Vaculoader filter module, single direction positioner, and telescopic bulk loading spout. Each of the six loading stations are capable of loading up to 700 STPH of frac sand into enclosed pneumatic tankers. This project was started up in August 2018. In its first 3 months of operation, this facility loaded over 6,500 pneumatic tanker trucks with Midwest dust free loadout equipment installed.
